As founder of Phare Practice, I am a Chartered Psychologist (organisational) a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with 15 years’ experience in the field of HR, Workforce, Organisational Development, Learning and Development and Workplace Wellbeing.
A positive approach, working in environments that are inclusive and fair and recognises individual contribution has driven me to establish Phare Practice; I believe I can work with you to create something special that gives your people a reason to turn up in the morning, that makes them recommend you to others and makes them want to go the extra mile.
